Monday Weight Loss Check In
As usual my weight had to be logged into Weight Watchers Online today and I was pleasantly surprised. I know with the pregnancy and all, my weight stayed the same for 7 weeks straight. So as curious george would be, I tried to pull back my log in's to see since Jan 1st how much I've lost and I actually lost 11.5 pounds since 1/1/09. Not bad considering about 2 months not counting. Well the even better news is that I am down 64 pounds to date. Very proud of how far I've come. I must say. We'll have to wait and see how much I can lose before starting treatments and getting pregnant. I'm praying that I lose at least 20 pounds before then but I'm pretty sure I will surpass that. Keeping fingers crossed.

Dedicated the the ones I trusted in and betrayed me as family
Psalm 26
Of David
1Vindicate me, O LORD,for I have led a blameless life;I have trusted in the LORDwithout wavering.
2Test me, O LORD, and try me,examine my heart and my mind;
3for your love is ever before me,and I walk continually in your truth.
4I do not sit with deceitful men,nor do I consort with hypocrites;
5I abhor the assembly of evildoersand refuse to sit with the wicked.
6I wash my hands in innocence,and go about your altar, O LORD,
7proclaiming aloud your praiseand telling of all your wonderful deeds.
8I love the house where you live, O LORD,the place where your glory dwells.
9Do not take away my soul along with sinners,my life with bloodthirsty men,
10in whose hands are wicked schemes,whose right hands are full of bribes.
11But I lead a blameless life;redeem me and be merciful to me.
12My feet stand on level ground;in the great assembly I will praise the LORD.
